The Ports Regulator of South Africa has published a Discussion Paper and Methodology Rules for the Valuation of the National Ports Authority’s Regulatory Asset Base.

Interested parties’ / port users are hereby invited to submit written comments to the Ports Regulator of South Africa. Comments should reach the Ports Regulator by close of business on 22 March 2018.
